After years of satisfactory service, I visit the shop, once again for an alternator replacement. Instead of the same dependable service if Mr. Mark, I’m met with an unfamiliar mechanic named Joe. He replaces my alternator with a used one & when I return to spend the day to ensure a new one, he tries to intimidate me by doing the job with his gun on his hip. Even more disappointing, when I try to communicate the harm this guy is doing to the business to Mr. Mark, I’m totally shunned/avoided.
