Jinkins tows for AAA and during a call for a tow the driver thought it was smart to cut my belt with HIS pocket knife and drive away leaving me partially blocking the road on the loop with a 3 yr old child. I drove as far as I could with no power steering and apparently my car overheated. My car is damaged. As a tow truck driver you have one simple job, pick up the car and deliver the car, according to AAA terms of service, you did not. NEVER use Jinkins for anything!!!
