Cheapest, laziest, shadiest repair I've ever seen
As I read through the other reviews I can hardly believe this is the same shop I took my sons car to for significant body work. I actually had to take his Ford escape to another shop to fix the things northeast broke or did half ass. Its evident these guys took the cheapest, laziest and shadiest route possible to repair his car. For example, he needed driverside front and rear doors replaced due to the accident. When we dropped off his car we noticed an older beat-up white escape in their backlot, guess which doors we got. They were supposed to order doors. Heck, they didn't even reuse the glass or guts from his car which were undamaged and unscathed, rather they just pulled the doors off the pos in their yard painted it silver (didn't even pull the molding, just taped poorly) and sent it. The windows they put on are really scratched and they used the passenger side window for the driversside. We also noticed white areas around the door molding where they didn't tape, and if you pull the molding you see white. I doubt they even preped the paint properly. Because the door is older the belt moldings are warped and frayed too, and we have leaks as a result, and after only 2 months on the road there's rust showing through theirpaint job. The rear bumper is another area that shows how bad of a shop they are. They broke the rear step pad and didn't have the conscience to replace it before we picked up the vehicle, I had to point it out to them orthey weren't going to fix it. Additionally, they never fully secured the driverside bumper mount so the bumper never fit properly. They broke the bumper splash guard and (I can't make this crap up), drilled a hole in it and wrapped metal wire around it to attach it to the bumper. They were supposed to replace the radiator support but never did, and charged my insurance company for it. Got overspray all over the B piller. And on top of everything, they delivered it to us completely filthy inside - didn't even take the time to vacuum it. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'd never take another vehicle there. If you're unfortunate enough to have had your car repaired there, be sure to look at everything with a microscope before you sign for it... better yet just go to someone who isn't shady.
