Beware beware
Will (the owner) was supposed to paint my vehicle. He took my money and said he was going to start on it on Monday. This was Saturday. It was supposed to take one week. In a few days he told me it was in the shop and they were working on it. It had vinyl on it and he said he could not get it off so he ordered a special chemical and it would be there the next day or so. So, it should add two days max to the time it took. After that it was one excuse after another. His health, his mothers health and then his mother in laws health. After I told him I just needed my vehicle back he said he would have it done before Thanksgiving. He said his technician would work on it late and make sure it was done. I decided to make a trip out there once Wednesday came and I received another excuse from him. My truck was not in the shop. It was parked behind his fence as if he was trying to conceal it. I took photographs of my truck sitting there and the fact the vinyl had NOT been touched for the entire 3 weeks it had been sitting out in the cold. I contacted him and he gave me yet another excuse and said he could not give me my truck back that day because he was out of town. I had physical proof he was not out of town. He agreed to give me my truck back on Friday and My money at 9 am. Of course come Friday morning he had yet another excuse and would not return either. I have a really good friend that had done business with Will before so he called him for me and got will to agree to take my truck over to his place of business which he finally did. Never did he contact me to let me know or to ask if that was even okay. Fortunately that afternoon I finally was able to get my truck from my friends business. Still no money! He made several promises as well as excuses about giving me my money back however still to this day I have not seen a cent of it. In doing research he has a criminal record and I will be happy to share that with anyone that is interested.
Fortunately almost every single conversation I had with him was via text messaging so I have proof to back up everything I have written here. PLEASE do your research on him before using his services.
He has also had a previous business license permanent revoked as a result of disciplinary action from the State of Tn
Again I do have proof.
I am not the only person he has stolen from. I will be more than happy to share any and all proof just message me! Even the reports for him as a uhaul authorized dealer are of him being dishonest. Now here it is at Christmas time and I am having to deal with attorneys and courts because of him stealing from me. Dont let it happen to you!
