Fraud

Dean Jasper doesn't pay his bills when his company brokers loads! Peg & Dean continue to lie about putting the check in the mail or FedEx, which ever story sounds best at the moment! Unless it takes over 300 days for the mail to leave Sioux Falls, SD they just can't afford to pay their bills!!
