BILL RAY IS A CON-ARTIST

Bill ray will take your car and decide to do whatever he wants to it without providing a quote or getting consent from you. He will keep doing almost nothing while carging you thousands of dollars. I'm positive he did not do half of the worked he charged me for. he will con you and cheat and lie to get as much money as possible.
car. Also every know the the better business bureau is a totally corrupted and they will give you an A+ if you pay them enough money. Everyone in the kirtland area knows to stay far away from this criminal. it's only a matter of time before he gets sued and loses his business altogether.
