Do Not Take Your Car to MIDAS
Do NOT take your car to MIDAS in Lumberton, NJ! On 5.13.23, Frankie, from Triple A, took my flat tire off my car and I took my tire to Midas to have the nail hole plugged. The store manager, Norm Berard, brought my tire to me with a huge hole in it saying that it was in the trunk that way. Frankie, from Triple A, texted a statement vehemently denying Norm's accusations. I spoke with Regional Manager Don Garbacki, on two separate occasion and he refuses to even listen, accept Frankie's statement or view the picture. Because of Don, I filed with the BBB, Attorney General's office, disputed the transaction, filed a police report with the Lumberton Police Department and filed another formal complaint with Midas Corporate office. This is a complete nightmare during my father's funeral. I am out a total of 297.00 due to this fraud. Don Garbacki and Norm Berard should be FIRED and charged with FRAUD, theft by deception....
