After serving and finally retiring from the military, I came home and went to work in the dealerships.This was about as much of an education as being in the Army. Dealerships charge for each and everything they do even if it's only topping off washer fluid.Here at Unique, we don't worry about the little things. Although sometimes it's the little things that really matter most.Dealerships and most other independent service centers charge for diagnostics and THEN, charge for the repair. WE DON'T!!!!! We charge for diagnostics however, once we find the problem and we give you a written estimate for the repair, and at that time you elect to have us perform the repair, we waive the diagnostic fee. The only time we ever charge for diagnostics is when that's all the customer is wanting. AGAIN... the little things...We always strive to give the absolute best service possible.
